HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07072015 - C.16RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/235 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD9302, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD9302 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Final Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.
