HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07072015 - C.01RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/226 terminating and abandoning an Offer of Dedication of a Public Utility Easement (PUE) for public utility purposes, over a portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 206-800-068, along Gritstone Street, Danville area. (Project No. 0676-6Q1813) DIRECT the Real Estate Division of the Public Works Department to record a certified copy of the Resolution in the office of the County Clerk-Recorder. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Applicant Fees BACKGROUND: The applicant, Toll Brothers, Inc., has requested the vacation of the offer of dedication of a PUE on Subdivision 9315, Alamo Creek dated December 20, 2013. It has been determined that the offered area is not required and will not be used for the purpose for which it was dedicated. This termination is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act as a Categorical Exemption, Class 1c. A Notice of Exemption was prepared by Contra Costa County Department of Conservation and Development for this project and was filed on July 9, 2002 under Subdivision 8381.
