Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
#23–455-8 with Xerox Consultant Company, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $1,233,000, to provide
consulting and technical support for the Department’s Health Services Information System for the period from July 1,
2015 through June 30, 2016.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
On July 8, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23–455-6 (as amended by Contract Amendment
Agreement #23-455-7), with Xerox Consulting Company, Inc., for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30,
2015, for the provision of consulting and technical support for the Department’s Health Services Information System.
Approval of Contract #23–455-8, will allow the Contractor to continue to provide consulting and technical support,
through June 30, 2016. This contract includes
