FISCAL IMPACT: The submission of these documents to CDVA allows the County to receive Subvention and Medi-Cal Cost Avoidance revenue for the 2015-2016 fiscal year, decreasing dependence on the County General Fund. CDVA conducts annual audits of these program operations to determine whether the workload and staffing needs are consistent with the reported workload activity.
