THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on November 18, 1986 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, To-k1akson and McPeak
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Powers
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 8 6/6 6 5
SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map for Subdivision MS 74-85, Pittsburg
Area. Assessor's Parcel No. 073-230-016.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date:
1. The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 74-85, property
located in the Pittsburg area , said map having been
certified by the proper•officials;
2. Said document was accompanied by a letter from the
County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid
County taxes heretofore levied on the property
included in said map and that the 1986-87 tax lien has
been paid in full .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the
provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent
with the County's general and specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED subject to
the following condition and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf
of the public any of the streets, paths or easements shown thereon as
dedicated to public use.
CONDITION: The provision to the Public Works Department within
10 days of this date of a Deferred Improvement Agreement signed
by the same party (subdivider) shown on the above parcel map in
a form approved by the County Counsel and satisfying the
conditions of approval . The Public Works Director is authorized
to accept and record that agreement on the part of this Board
and the County. If said agreement is not provided by the
subdivider within 10 days, this approval of the Parcel Map and
Agreement shall be null and void.

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

ABSENT: Supervisor Powers
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Approving Deferred Improvement Agreement along Loveridge Road
for Subdivision MS 74-85, Pittsburg Area. Assessor' s Parcel
No. 073-230-016.
The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized
to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with United States Steel
Corporation, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS
74-85. This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of
permanent improvements along Loveridge Road which is located north of the
Pittsburg-Antioch Highway in the Pittsburg area.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED.
