Subject:Amendment #74-402-3 with Aspiranet
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, which included a six-month automatic extension through December 31,
2015. At the time of negotiations, the payment limit was based on target levels of utilization. Due to an increase in

Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #74-402-3 will allow the Contractor to provide additional TBS through
June 30, 2015.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this amendment is not approved, additional clients requiring TBS services will not have access to Contractor’s
services, which may result in a reduction in the levels or service to the community.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
