HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06092015 - C.139RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-779-1 with Futurenet Technologies Corporation, a corporation, effective March 1, 2015, to amend Contract #26-779, to increase the payment limit by $90,000, from $410,000 to a new payment limit of $500,000, with no change in the original term of October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On December 9, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-779 with Futurenet Technologies Corporation, for the provision of medical coding for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) and Contra Costa Health Centers (CCHS), for the period from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-779-1 will allow the Contractor to provide additional medical coding services at CCRMC and CCHS, through September 30, 2015.
