Subject:Contract with CherryRoad Technogies for a Fit/Gap Analysis
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
>
The purpose of the upgrade is to:
Remain on a supported version of HCM;
Reduce existing HCM customizations to the extent possible;
Reduce existing reports and queries to the extent possible;
Perform technical upgrades of remaining customizations; and
Evaluate and implement new functionality.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Failure to approve the contract will result in an inability to update the County's current version of its payroll system
and will increase the risk that the County will be unable to timely and accurately process employee payroll,
personnel, and employee benefits transactions.
