HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06092015 - C.129RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #24-723-76 with Neighborhood House of North Richmond, a non-profit corporation, in an amount not to exceed $326,315, to provide Residential Detoxification and Treatment for offenders and Adults in West County for the period from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 82% by Federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Block Grant, 13% 2nd Chance Act Assembly Bill 1 and 5% substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration SAMHSA Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) grant. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On March 3, 2015, the Board of Supervisors approved Novation Contract #24-723-74 (as amended by Administrative Amendment Agreement #74-723-75) with Neighborhood House of North Richmond, for the provision of Substance Abuse Treatment and Detoxification services, for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
