HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06092015 - C.121RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #22-817-20 with Contra Costa ARC, a non-profit corporation, effective January 1, 2015, to amend Contract #22-817-19, to increase the payment limit by $82,430, from $65,213 to a new payment limit of $147,643, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 42% Packard and Kaiser Grants, 53% Federal and State California Children’s Services and 5% County funds. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In September 2014, the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #22-817-19 with Contra Costa ARC, for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016, for provision of outreach and education services for the Department’s California’s Children’s Services (CCS) Program.
