HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06092015 - C.87RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-589-8 with Night Owl Pediatrics, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $850,000, to provide urgent care services to Contra Costa County Health Plan (CCHP) members, for the period from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise II funds. (Rate increase) BACKGROUND: On August 13, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #27-589-7 with Night Owl Pediatrics, Inc., for the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015 or the provision of professional urgent care services, to .CCHP members. Approval of Contract #27-589-8 will allow Contractor to continue providing professional urgent care services through June 30, 2017.
