HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06092015 - C.12RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/177 accepting completion of improvements for the Camino Tassjara Ridge Regional Trail (south portion) for road acceptance RA06-01225 (cross-reference subdivision SD05-08943), for a project developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, Danville area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer has completed the improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
