HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05122015 - C.61RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-519-8 with Jaime Garcia, M.D., Inc. a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, to provide pediatric primary care services for Contra Costa Health Plan members for the period from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund II. (Rate increase) BACKGROUND: The Health Plan has an obligation to provide certain specialized professional health care services for its members under the terms of their Individual and Group Health Plan membership contracts with the County.
