(District V) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Grant Deed of Development Rights is required per Condition of Approval No. 103. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Grant Deed of Development Rights will not be recorded. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
