HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03312015 - C.118RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #24-086-145(11) with Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $95,000, to provide e mergency residential care placement services to mentally ill adults, for the period from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Mental Health Realignment. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On January 7, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #24-086-145(10) with Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., for the period from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, for the provision of emergency residential care.
