Hamilton, Jr., M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $112,000 to provide outpatient psychiatric services for mentally ill adults in Central County, for the period from May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Mental Health Realignment. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On April 9, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74-396-3 with George E. Hamilton, Jr., M.D., for the period from May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2015 for the provision of outpatient psychiatric services for mentally ill adults in Central County.
