HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03102015 - C.62RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-735-4 with David Gilbert, M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $145,000, to provide ophthalmology services for Contra Costa Health Plan members for the period from February 1, 2015 through January 31, 2017. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Contra Costa Health Plan Enterprise Fund III. (Rate increase) BACKGROUND: The Health Plan has an obligation to provide certain specialized health care services for its members under the terms of their Individual and Group Health Plan membership contracts with the County.
