Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
Amendment Agreement #26-141-9 with Board of Trustees of Peralta Community College District, an educational
institution, effective October 6, 2014, to amend contract #26-141-8 to, to make technical adjustments to the
Agreement, with no change in the original term of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None
BACKGROUND:
On January 10, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-141-8 with Board of Trustees of Peralta
Community College District for the provision of providing supervised field instruction experience to provide
radiology students with Contra Costa Health Services, for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31,
2017. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-141-9 will make technical adjustments to the Agreement to
allow students to continue to receive field instruction at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa
Health Centers, through December 31, 2017.
