ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/8 accepting completion of landscape improvements for the Subdivision Agreement
(Right-of-Way Landscaping) for road acceptance RA04-01166 (cross-reference subdivision SD03-08509), for a
project developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San
Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% Developer Fees. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit.
BACKGROUND:
The developer has completed the landscape improvements per the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way
Landscaping), and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
