HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12162014 - C.88RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23–455–7 with Xerox Consulting Company, Inc., a corporation, effective October 1, 2014, to amend Contract #23–455-6, to increase the payment limit by $1,719,000, from $275,000, to a new payment limit of $1,994,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Amendment is 100% funded by Enterprise Fund I budget. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On July 8, 2014, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23–455-6 with Xerox Consulting Company, Inc., for the provision of professional consultation and technical support to the Department’s Health Services Information System with regards to Electronic Health Records program, for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
