HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12162014 - C.87RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #23-553-1 with Aspira Technologies, Inc., a corporation, effective November 1, 2014, to amend Contract #23-553, to increase the payment limit by $408,500, from $229,200, to a new payment limit of $637,700, and extend the term from November 30, 2014 through June 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I.
