II. FINANCIAL DIPACT: None. The mnthly salary ranges for both nositions as of the August, 1986 salary_ schedule are thesams. CONSMUE14CES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The position is required to AVOID the delay in responding to client anneals in a timely manner, thus creating an excessive backlog.
