The following people did not wish to speak but left written comments for the Board's consideration (attached): Marcia Stuart, resident of Pacheco; Allison Harper, resident of Concord; Angela Craig, resident of Concord; Katy Himsl, resident of Concord. Douglas Dunn, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), spoke on implementation of Laura’s Law in Contra Costa County (handout attached); Rosemary Profit-Akins, SEIU Local 1021, spoke on hopes for positive negotiations, especially in light of the Board’s recent approval of a salary raise for themselves.
