HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12022014 - C.117RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23–419–9 with Perseus Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $132,500, to provide consultation and technical on third party cost reports, for the period from November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On December 3, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23–419–8 with Perseus Corporation, for the period from November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014, for the provision of consultation and technical assistance on the preparation and submission of third party cost reports and to act as the primary liaison between the Health Services Department and the State and Federal governments on audits, review of cost reports and/or claims filed. Approval of Contract #23–419–9 will allow Contractor to continue providing services through October 31, 2015.
