FISCAL IMPACT: None. The Commission consists of 26 members: one member from each Supervisorial District, 20 At-Large members, and 1 Alternate At-Large member. The IO Committee reviews nominations to the 20 At-Large seats and their Alternate. Terms for all Commission seats are three years. Ms. Carney is unable to attend meetings as a result of a schedule conflict. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The District 2 Seat will remain filled without the benefit of a District 2 Appointee present at meetings. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None.
