HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12022014 - C.11RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/436 approving the second extension of the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD08-09165, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Subdivision Agreement needs to be renewed. (Approximately 100% of the work has been completed to date.) The bond must be maintained during the warranty period. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement will not be renewed if the extension is not granted; the bonds cannot be kept current. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
