HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12022014 - C.10RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/435 accepting completion of landscape improvements for the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD08-09245, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (100% Developer Fees) FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Developer Fees. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer has completed the landscape improvements per the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
