HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11042014 - C.63RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #23-528-2 with LePoint Project Management, LLC, a limited liability corporation, Effective October 1, 2014, to increase the payment limit by $25,833, from $310,000 to a new total payment limit of $335,833, and to extend the term from October 31, 2014 through November 30, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: This Amendment/Extension is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On November 5, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-528-1, with LePoint Project Management, LLC, for the provision of consultation and technical assistance to the Information Systems Unit with regard to the Electronic Health Record Project, for the period from November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014.
