HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11042014 - C.09RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/414 approving the Final Map for Subdivision SD9374, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD9374 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Final Map will not be approved and recorded. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
