FISCAL IMPACT:
Project was funded by 99% Local Road Funds and 1% Monument Preservation Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special
provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of October 10, 2014.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
