Morgan and Barbara J. Morgan their interest in the real property commonly known as 2090 Commerce Avenue, Concord, California, and further described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for $120,000.00, which is a fair and reasonable price therefor, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Option Agreement" executed by William E. Morgan and Barbara J. Morgan and Joseph L. Campbell and Elizabeth J. Campbell on December 2, 1981, as assigned to Contra Costa County in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Consent and Assignment of Option Agreement" executed on April 26, 1983. Said purchase will protect the County's interests and consolidate its position in the property for future needs. It further intends to grant to Joseph L. Campbell and Elizabeth J. Campbell all fee interests in Parcel "B" of that same property and to accept a grant deed from Joseph L. Campbell and Elizabeth J. Campbell for all fee interests in Parcel A of that property as such parcels are shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto. This Board will meet on November 18, 1986 at 10:30 a.m. in the Board's Chamber, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to publish the following notice in the Contra Costa Times pursuant to Government Code Section 6063. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County DECLARES its intention to purchase from William E. Morgan and Barbara J. Morgan, at a price of $120,000.00, their interest in the real property located at 2090 Commerce Avenue, Concord, Cali- fornia, and more particularly described in Resolution No. 86/624 of the Board and to grant to Joseph L. Campbell and Elizabeth J. Campbell that same acquired interest for Parcel "B" of that real property and to accept a deed from Joseph L. Campbell and Elizabeth J. Campbell for their interest in Parcel "A" of that real property. The Board will meet at 10:30 a.m. on November 18, 1986 in its Chambers, Contra Adminis- tration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consummate the purchase and exchange of deeds.
