purposes within the Concord Industrial Park, Unit 4, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area.
Project No.: LUP 07-2045, WL0029
DIRECT the Real Estate Division to record a certified copy of the Resolution in the office of the County Recorder.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% Applicant Fees.
BACKGROUND:
On August 18, 1989, Contra Costa County (County) approved, but did not accept, an offer to dedicate an easement
for drainage purposes. The offer of dedication was included on the approved Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 000010,
affecting Lot B recorded for December 18, 2000, in Book 180 at Page 7.
The current property owner submitted applications for a lot line adjustment and a land use permit and has requested
the County terminate and abandon a portion of the Offer of Dedication in order to remove the encumbrance.
It has been determined that the portion of the offered area described in Exhibit A of said Resolution is no longer
needed and will not be used for the purpose for which it was dedicated.
