Ralph Hoffman, resident of Walnut Creek, spoke on the concepts contained in the Bill of Rights being
practiced in Board of Supervisors' meetings;
Lisa Kirk, resident of Bethel Island, spoke on a candlelight vigil being held on October 8, 2014 at the Martinez
animal shelter in memory of animals euthanised, and efforts to implement of no-kill program at animal
adoption centers (handout attached).
