HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10072014 - C.90RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #24-681-82(7) with Modesto Residential Living Center, LLC limited liability company, in an amount not to exceed $120,450, to provide Augmented Board and Care Services, for the period from September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Mental Health Services Act. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: This Contract meets the social needs of County’s population by augmentation of room and board, and twenty-four hour emergency residential care and supervision to eligible mentally disordered clients, who are specifically referred by the Mental Health Program Staff and who are served by County Behavioral Health Services Division/Mental Health.
