HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10072014 - C.05RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/355 approving the third extension of the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD06-09035, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Subdivision Agreement needs to be renewed. (Approximately 100% of the work has been completed to date.) The development is in the warranty period. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement will not be renewed if the extension is not granted; the bonds cannot be kept current. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
