HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09232014 - C.25RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 21528 to establish the classification of Principal Labor Relations Analyst (ADNC) (unrepresented) at salary plan and grade B85-1936 ($7,351.20 - $8,935.33) and add one (1) position in the County Administrator's Office. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action has an annual cost of approximately $157,022, which includes $56,528 in pension costs. BACKGROUND: The County Administrator's Office is requesting to establish the classification of Principal Labor Relations Analyst. The new position will be assigned to organize and direct the day-to-day activities of the Labor Relations Unit and to provide lead direction to the Labor Relations Analysts and clerical staff. This action is being taken so that the County will be in a better position to meet the County's labor relations program needs and attract and retain qualified candidates.
