HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09092014 - C.148RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, a non-financial Agreement #26-729-1 between Contra Costa County and the National Public Health and Hospital Institute, a nonprofit corporation, to perform financial and clinical data sharing at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a non-financial Agreement. No County match required. BACKGROUND: Contra Costa County Health Services and the National Public Health and Hospital Institute have agreed to share data to improve Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Center’s clinical, operational and patient safety performance. Approval of Agreement #26-729-1, will allow the parties to continue to perform financial and clinical data sharing through June 30, 2016.
