HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09092014 - C.141RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23-398-9 with RHD Healthcare Consulting, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $171,900 for the provision of professional consultation and technical assistance to the Director with regard to compliance with Federal and State billing mandates and HIPAA privacy issues, for the period from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for this Contract is included in the Health Services Department's Enterprise Fund I.
