HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09092014 - C.132RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #23-547-3 with Healthcare Technology Management Services, LLC, a limited liability company, to extend the term from December 31, 2014 through December 31, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: None, there is no change in the Contract Payment Limit of $620,000. This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I.
