Narasaki, and three Field Operations Coordinators, Patrick Mims, Eugene Jackson, and Vernon Williams III, to increase the aggregate payment limit by $5,500 to a new payment limit of $355,600 for the County’s AB 109 East and Central County Network System of Services, with no change in the original term of May 15, 2014 through June 30, 2015. (100% State AB 109 Public Safety Realignment) FISCAL IMPACT: $5,500 allocated for Implementation of Reentry Network (100% State AB 109 Public Safety Realignment) BACKGROUND: On June 17, 2014, the Board of Supervisors ratified contracts, with modified insurance requirements, between the County and the Central & East Network Manager and Field Operations Coordinators. Today's action increases the payment limit to include reimburseable cell phone charges. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The County would not be able to reimburse the Contractors for cell phone charges. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: No impact.
