Subject:Contract with Intelegy Corporation to Provide Services in Support of Operations and Technology Initiatives
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
ended on June 30, 2014. However, the need for services continued and staff was in discussion for a contract that
would continue the services. The services being requested are complex and detailed. The process for being able to
adequately describe the needed services and get agreement took longer than anticipated. InTelegy consultants have
provided services since July 1, 2014 and this should be reflected in the contract approval and documents.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Important services to enable EHSD to meet its State and Federally mandated goals will be hampered.
