HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09092014 - C.09RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract amendment with Drake, Haglan & Associates, Inc., effective March 1, 2014, to increase the payment limit by $30,000 to a new payment limit of $419,000, and to extend the termination date from December 31, 2014 to June 1, 2015, for structural engineering services for the San Pablo Avenue at Rodeo Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Rodeo area. County Project No. 0662-6R4005, Federal Project No. BRLS 5928(067) FISCAL IMPACT: Work performed under this on-call agreement is funded by 88.5% Federal Highway Bridge Program Funds and 11.5% Local Road Funds. BACKGROUND: On June 28, 2011, the Board of Supervisors approved the Consulting Services Agreement with Drake, Haglan & Associates, Inc., to provide structural engineering services in preparing plans, specifications, and estimates for the replacement of the San Pablo Avenue at Rodeo Creek Bridge.
