APPROVE the Right of Way Contract and ACCEPT the Aerial Easement Deed dated August 13, 2014 from Adilia
Manzanares, Trustee, Thomas A. Nelson, Sr., Trustee and Lorraine M. Nelson, Trustee for 5296-5300 Riverside
Avenue, San Pablo, Assessor’s Parcel No. 417-043-008, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 760.
(Project No. 4660-6X4170)
AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of Contra
Costa County (County).
APPROVE payment of $115,000 for said property rights payable by the Contra Costa Transportation Authority
(CCTA) to North American Title Company, 4255 Hopyard Rd., Suite 1, Pleasanton, CA 94588, Escrow No. 1134737,
to be forwarded to the Real Estate Division for delivery.
DIRECT the Real Estate Division to have the above referenced Aerial Easement Deed delivered to the Title
Company for recording in the Office of the County Recorder.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% Contra Costa Transportation Authority Funds.

BACKGROUND:
These property rights are required for the I-80/San Pablo Dam Road Interchange Project – Phase 1 in accordance
with the approved plans and specifications.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
