ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 21496 to add one (1) Personnel Services Supervisor (AGDE)
(unrepresented) position at salary plan and grade B82 1821 ($6,758 - $9,089), one (1) Human Resource Data
Administrator (AGSE) (unrepresented) position at salary plan and grade B85 1787 ($6,342 - $7,709), and one (1)
Human Resource Consultant (AGVF) (unrepresented) position at salary plan and grade B85 1613 ($5,339 - $6,489)
in the Human Resources Department.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Annual Cost of $363,168, including pension costs of $77,592. 100% General Fund.
BACKGROUND:
In order to provide staff to meet the increasing demands of the operating departments, it has become necessary to
restore positions previously eliminated during prior budget years to provide recruitment, examination, compensation,
classification and records management services.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this action is not approved, the Human Resources Department will not have the staff necessary to meet the
increasing needs of the operating departments.
