HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08122014 - C.04RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/242 accepting completion of landscape improvements for the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD04-08830, for a project being developed by Foxwood Community, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V) FISCAL IMPACT: 100% Developer Fees. BACKGROUND: The developer has completed the landscape improvements per the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the maintenance/warranty period will not begin. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
