Subject:Reimbursement Agreement with Mark Scott Construction, Inc. for Offsite Roadway Improvements - Livorna
Rd./Wilson Rd. Intersection.

project list and funded through Alamo Area of Benefit Funds. The cost of additional improvements exceeds the
developer’s obligation for offsite roadway improvements at the intersection.

agreement is recommended in order to reimburse the developer for the offsite roadway improvement costs in excess
of its condition of approval obligations.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If the reimbursement agreement is not approved, the implementation of the improvements will be delayed.
