HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08052014 - C.17RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County, a Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement (SNDA) between the County and East West Bank, for office space located at 2523 El Portal Drive, Suite 202, San Pablo. (T00735) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department (HSD) has been a tenant in the building at 2523 El Portal Drive, in San Pablo since 2000. HSD operates a behavioral health clinic at this location. The owner wishes to secure funding for the building. In order to process the funding, the owner's lender, East West Bank, requires a SNDA from all tenants. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The owner may not cooperate with the County in future county business.
