Services Department participation in the donation of surplus computer equipment to the community to help
lessen the digital divide in Contra Costa County (See. C.96); Monica White, resident of Orinda, spoke in
support of implementation of Laura's Law in Contra County County; Barbara Scott, NAMI, did not wish to
speak but provided written commentary for the Board's consideration, in support of Laura's Law (attached).
D. 3 RECEIVE presentation from the Contra Costa Transportation Authority on the 2014 Countywide Transportation Plan
(CTP) update, PROVIDE preliminary comment to Authority staff on the process and CTP, and DIRECT County staff
