HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07292014 - C.93RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #27-875-1with Clarity Software Solutions, Inc., corporation, effective July 1, 2014, to amend Contract #27-875, to increase the payment limit by $1,000,000, from $2,500,000 to a new payment limit of $3,500,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Contra Costa Health Plan Member Premiums. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On June 26, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #27-875 with Clarity Software Solutions, Inc., for the provision of professional printing, publication, distribution and technical assistance with regard to Contra Costa Health Plan member materials, for the period from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #27-875-1 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services, through June 30, 2015.
