RECOMMENDATION: Direct the Clerk to correct the Board Action of September 9 , 1986 , to reflect granting the application to file a late claim submitted by Harry M. Etzler and Gloria Etzler . II . BACKGROUND: The Board action of September 9, 1986, on the Application to File a Late Claim of Harry M. and Gloria Etzler was listed on the agenda for denial , and the Board Order reflected that action. However , upon review of the minutes it was determined that the recommendation of County Counsel was to grant the application. Approval of the application will enable the Clerk to agenda the claim for Board action on October 14, 1986. The attorney for the claimant has been contacted and agrees with this procedure .
